Limited (NFPL) is company of Nikoo Group, Manufactures various closed die forged and precision machined components from carbon and alloy steel and supplies to Indian OEM’s & JV’s and Exporters. NFPL engaged with Automotive, Oil & Gas, Farm Equipment, Earth Mover, Material Handling, International Railway and Several General Engineering Sectors.

NFPL has set up modernized Metallurgical, Physical, Chemical facilities for Inspection & Testing to ensure higher and consistent level of quality.

NFPL has a state of art in house Tool Room facility comprising CNC & Conventional Milling Machine, Lathes, Shaping Machine, EDM Machines. All dies required for manufacturing forgings are manufactured In-house.

NFPL facilities include battery of belt drop hammers with capacity of 1 Ton, 1.5 Ton & 2 Ton. The total capacity of forging plant is 4800 Tons per Annum and product weight varying for 0.8 Kg. to 20 Kgs. per pc. NFPL manufactures Connecting Rods, Gears, Pinions, Hubs, Crank Shafts, Cam Shafts, Short & Long Forks, Flange Yokes, Hammer Unions, Gear Shifter Forks, Levers, Track Links, Heads, Eyes, Brake Rod Jaws, Side Frame Key, Vibrators, Corner Cap, Conveyor Chain Links and many more components.

NFPL has a well established in house modern heat treatment facility which is capable to meeting specific requirements of our various domestic and export customers. Our heat treatment facility includes continuous & PLC Controlled gas fired furnaces with a capacity of 500 Kg per hour. Various heat treatment processes like Normalizing, Hardening, Tempering, Isothermal Annealing, and Stress Relieving are carried out.

NFPL comprises of all post heat treatment operations like Shot Blasting, Straightening, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Grinding and Rust preventive applications.

NFPL developed an in house machining facility which is currently fulfilling scenario of machined forging requirement. NFPL has advanced and well equipped CNC Turning and CNC Milling Center as well as precise instruments and marking machine. Presently we are supplying machined blanks, shafts and other precision machined components.
